1 slice white bread
 
1 teaspoon butter
 
1/3 pound shrimp, cooked
 
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
 
2 teaspoons cod roe
 
2 teaspoons chopped dill
 
3 tablespoons Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
 
Garnish:
 
Shrimps
 
Chopped parsley

Directions

1. Spread butter on the bread slice and add the cooked shrimp.
2. Stir the mayonnaise with the cod roe and spread it on. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
3. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 8 minutes. Garnish with shelled and deveined shrimps and chopped parsley.
