| Leftover fish- 2 cups or 2 cans, 6-1/2 ozs. each, tuna | ||
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Tartar sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dill weed | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Large tomatoes- 2 | ||
| Bread slice | 8 , toasted | |
| Mild cheese- 1cup, grated | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Skin, flake and debone dish
MAKING
2. Add celery, if desired and blend in enough tarter sauce to bind mixture together
3. Season with dill, salt and pepper
4. Thinly slice the tomatoes and dry each side on paper towels and
arrange on toast
5. Spread with fish mixture and sprinkle cheese on top
6. Broil four inches from heat source about 3 minutes, until cheese bubbles
SERVING
7. Can be served with a sauce of your choice
