Open Faced Beef Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream | ||
| Unsweetened applesauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared horseradish | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cracked pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Whole wheat bread slice | 4 | |
| Spinach | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Beets | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| 1/2 pound thinly sliced cooked roast beef | ||
| Chives | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Spread 1 tablespoon sour cream mixture over each slice of bread; top each with 1/4 cup spinach and 1/4 cup beets.
Arrange roast beef evenly over beets; sprinkle with chives.
Spoon 2 tablespoons sour cream mixture over each sandwich.
