 Canned skinless and boneless sardines - 4 ounces, drained
 Dill pickle1 Tablespoon, minced
 Reduced-calorie mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
 Onion1 Teaspoon, minced
 Dijon-style mustard - 1/4 teaspoon
 Lemon juice1/8 Teaspoon
 Enriched white bread - 1 slice
 Iceberg or Romaine lettuce leaf - 1

Directions

MAKING
1) Mash the sardines in a small bowl with the help of a fork.
2) Add the mayonnaise, pickle, mustard, onion and lemon juice. Mix well.
3) On the bread, spread the sardine mixture. Top with the lettuce leaf.

SERVING
4) Serve as preferred.
