 3 slices rye or pumpernickel bread, toasted
 Thousand island dressing3 Tablespoon
 Corned beef1/2 pound, thinly sliced
 1/2 of an 8-ounce can (1/2 cup) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
 Swiss Cheese slice3
 Tomato1 Small, thinly sliced

Directions

Spread one side of each bread slice with dressing, then set aside.
On a nonmetal platter mound corned beef in 3 piles.
Top with some sauerkraut.
Micro-cook, uncovered, on 50% power (MEDIUM) 5 to 6 minutes or till heated through.
Use a wide spatula to transfer to dressing side of bread slices.
Top with cheese and tomato slices.
Serve with dill pickles, if desired.
