Open Face Ham Salad Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients

| 1 egg, hard-cooked and mashed | ||
| 1 tablespoon each minced celery, minced onion, and sour cream | ||
| 2 teaspoons each pickle relish and mayonnaise | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard | ||
| Rye bread slice | 2 , toasted | |
| 2 iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves | ||
| Tomato | 1 Medium, sliced | |
Directions
In small bowl combine ham, egg, minced vegetables, sour cream, relish, mayonnaise, and mustard, mixing well; cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Top each slice of toast with a lettuce leaf; stir salad again, then spoon half of salad onto each lettuce leaf.
