1 can (6 ounces) crab meat, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
4 slices bread, toasted and lightly buttered
4 large tomato slices
4 Swiss cheese slices
Directions
1. Combine crab meat, green onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Put toast on a microwave-oven-safe roast rack set in a glass baking dish. Put a tomato slice on each toast slice. Top with crab meat salad and a cheese slice. Heat uncovered in microwave oven 1 to 1 1/2 minutes at High, or until cheese melts.
