Open Face Cheese Radish Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup snipped chives
6 slices rye or pumpernickel toast
1 cup thinly sliced radishes
Watercress
Directions
Combine cheese, sour cream, and chives in a small bowl; mix well.
Spread mixture on each slice of toast.
