Oothappam Recipe
Ingredients
| Rice | 125 Gram, parboiled | |
| Black gram | 60 Gram | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Onions | 2 | |
| Green chillies | To Taste | |
| Ginger a small piece | ||
| Coriander leaves | 1/2 Bunch (100gm) | |
| Fat to cook | ||
Directions
1. Soak rice and gram separately overnight.
2. Grind them separately, then mix the two; allow to ferment for at least 24 hours.
3. Add onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, all chopped fine. Add salt and make batter into a pouring consistency.
4. Cook as for pancakes or dosa.
