Onions Mornay Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Sweet onions | 2 Large, chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Cream of celery | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon, seasoned | |
| Green beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |

| 12 half inch thick slices French bread | ||
Directions
Melt butter or margarine in a large frying pan; stir in onions and garlic; cover.
Cook for 15 minutes; stir in soup, milk and pepper; heat, stirring several times, until bubbly.
Make two layers each of beans, cheese slices and sauce in a buttered 8 cup baking dish; arrange bread slices, overlapping, on top.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 30 minutes, or until bubbly hot
