 Flour
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Margarine1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 egg, slightly beaten
 Milk
 Onions4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Package cream cheese1 3 Ounce
 Parmesan cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

Sift 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt into bowl; cut in 1/2 cup margarine.
Blend egg with 1 tablespoon milk; add to flour mixture.
Stir with fork until dough clings together; roll out to 1/8-inch thickness.
Cut with 2 1/2-inch round cutter.
Arrange pastry circles in large pie pan, lining side and bot- tom.
Reserve 6 to 8 circles.
Place onions in saucepan; cover with water.
Add remaining salt.
Boil for 10 minutes; drain.
Place remaining margarine, mush- rooms and onions in skillet; saute lightly for 10 min- utes.
Add cream cheese, stirring until cheese is melted; add Parmesan cheese.
Combine 1 cup milk and 2 tablespoons flour; stir into cheese mixture.
Pour into baking dish; top with reserved pastry cir- cles.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
