Onions In Raisin Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
4 large onions, cut into 1/4 inch rings
1 teaspoon shortening.
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano, optional
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup water
Directions
Place ingredients in cooker in order given.
Close cover and put pressure control in place.
When control indicates pressure is reached, cook for 4 minutes.
Cool at once under running water.
Serve.
