Ingredients

 3 to 4 yellow onions, peeled and sliced
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Olive oil3 Tablespoon
 Green peppers2 To taste, sliced
 Red bell peppers2 To taste, sliced
 Tomato Paste2 Tablespoon
 Red wine3 Tablespoon
 Oregano1 Teaspoon
 Fresh-grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Saute the onions and the garlic in the oil just until tender.
Add the peppers, and saute for a few minutes more.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except for the cheese.
Place in a small, deep baking dish or casserole, and top with the cheese.
Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.few minutes.
Drain and cool them.
The onions can be peeled in a few minutes.
