Onions Sauteed With Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 to 4 yellow onions, peeled and sliced | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Green peppers | 2 To taste, sliced | |
| Red bell peppers | 2 To taste, sliced | |
| Tomato Paste | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Red wine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Fresh-grated Parmesan or Romano cheese | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Saute the onions and the garlic in the oil just until tender.
Add the peppers, and saute for a few minutes more.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except for the cheese.
Place in a small, deep baking dish or casserole, and top with the cheese.
Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.few minutes.
Drain and cool them.
