Combine 1 3/4 cups dairy sour cream, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, few grains pepper, 2 tablespoons cider vinegar, 1 1/2 tea spoons prepared mustard, 1/2 cup grated onion (or blender pureed), and 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives.
