Onion Soup Recipe
This Onion Soup recipe tastes soo superb that I have been trying to find where exactly the secret lies. The flavor of Vegetable makes this dish all the more appetizing. I prefer to make Onion Soup as an Appetizer for all my family get-togethers. Just try this dish and see how you get hooked to it!
Ingredients
4 onions
1 tablespoon butter
2 to 3 teacups white sauce, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut the onions into rings.
Heat the butter in a vessel and add the onions.
Cover and cook the onions on a slow flame until pale in colour.
Add 5 teacups of water and cook in a pressure cooker.
Boil the soup for 5 minutes and add the white sauce, salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
