Onion Parsley Fondue Dip Recipe

Ingredients

 
1/4 cup vegetable oil
 
1 tablespoon lemon juice
 
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
 
2 medium onions, quartered
 
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
 
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
 
1/2 teaspoon sugar
 
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in processor bowl and process with metal blade until onion is finely chopped.
Garnish with additional parsley.
Especially good for beef fondue.
