Ingredients

 
12 large onions, cooked
 
1/4 cup diced green pepper
 
shortening (for browning)
 
2 avocados, pitted and peeled
 
1 tomato, peeled and chopped
 
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 
12 radish roses

Directions

Remove center of onions, leaving shell.
Saute green pepper in a little oil.
Drain; mash avocados to paste.
Add green pepper and remaining ingredients except radishes.
Spoon into onion shells, top each onion with a radish
