Ingredients
SmallOnion - 30 Finely Chopped
2. Green Chillies - 8 to 9-According to taste,Slit length wise
3. Tamarind - Small lemon size
4. Jaggery
5. Hing
6. Salt to taste
7. Water 1-1/2 cups
Ingredients For Powder:
1. Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
2.Roasted Gram - 1 tsp
3. Pepper - 1/4 tsp
4. Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
5. Dry Red Chillies - 1 to 2
6. Urad Dal - 1/2 tsp
7. Methi Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Dry roast everything and make into Powder
Ingredients for Tempering:
1. Oil 2 tablespoons
2. Mustard Seeds
3. Channadal
4. Urad dal
5. Curry leaves
Directions
1. Heat Oil in a Kadai and Add the tempering Ingredients.
2. Add Chopped Onions and Chillies fry well for 5 minutes.
3. Add tamarind extract, Salt and Jaggery.
4. Cook till raw smell goes in Medium flame.
5. Add Gojju Powder and cook till thickens.
