Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add the biscuit mix, onion and parsley
2) Tip in the sauterne and the mayonnaise and stir to form a dough
3) Onto a floured board, turn out the dough and roll to ½ in thickness
4) Using a small biscuit cutter, cut out the biscuits and place on ungreased baking sheet
5) Blend 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise with some cheese and spread on each biscuit
6) Bake at 450F for 15 minutes

SERVING
7) Serve warm
