Onion Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients
| Biscuit mix | 100 Gram | |
| Instant onion | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dried parsley | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sauterne | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3 Tablespoon, grated |

Directions
1) In a bowl, add the biscuit mix, onion and parsley
2) Tip in the sauterne and the mayonnaise and stir to form a dough
3) Onto a floured board, turn out the dough and roll to ½ in thickness
4) Using a small biscuit cutter, cut out the biscuits and place on ungreased baking sheet
5) Blend 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise with some cheese and spread on each biscuit
6) Bake at 450F for 15 minutes
SERVING
7) Serve warm
