| Cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cucumber | 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed, steamed and diced |

Directions
1. In a pan, melt butter.
2. Add onions and brown it.
3. Add ground almonds and let it cook.
4. Add water and cream. Let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
