Onion Toast Recipe

Ingredients

| Onions | 4 Medium, sliced | |
| Cheese slice | 4 | |
| Hot buttered slice | 4 | |
| French mustard | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Fry the onions in the hot fat until tender.
Spread on the toast, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread the slices of cheese with mustard, and place on top of the onions.
