Onion Beef Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Onions | 1 pound, thinly sliced | |
| Beef Stock | 4 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Steak sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 4 slices enriched white bread, toasted and cut into quarters | ||
| 4 ounces grated hard cheese | ||
| Dash celery salt and pepper | ||

Directions
Combine all ingredients except toast and cheese in a large saucepan.
Cover and bring to a boil; lower heat.
Simmer about 20 minutes or until onions are soft.
Divide evenly into 4 ovenproof soup bowls.
Top each with 4 toast quarters.
Sprinkle each with 1 ounce cheese.
Bake at 350°F.
until cheese melts.
