Ingredients

 Onions1 pound, thinly sliced
 Beef Stock4 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Steak sauce1 Teaspoon
 4 slices enriched white bread, toasted and cut into quarters
 4 ounces grated hard cheese
 Dash celery salt and pepper
 Dash celery salt and pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients except toast and cheese in a large saucepan.
Cover and bring to a boil; lower heat.
Simmer about 20 minutes or until onions are soft.
Divide evenly into 4 ovenproof soup bowls.
Top each with 4 toast quarters.
Sprinkle each with 1 ounce cheese.
Bake at 350°F.
until cheese melts.
