Onion, Potato and Tuna Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 package piecrust mix | ||
| 3 medium-size potatoes | ||
| Onions | 2 Large | |
| Tuna | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |

Directions
1. Prepare piecrust mix, following label directions, or make pastry from your favorite two crust recipe. Roll out half the pastry to a 12-inch round on a lightly floured pastry cloth or board; fit into a 9-inch pie plate; trim overhang to 1/2 inch.
2. Pare potatoes and cut into very thin slices; peel onions and cut into thin slices; drain and flake tuna.
3. Layer potatoes, onions and tuna in shell, dotting each layer with part of the butter or margarine and sprinkling with part of the salt, pepper and parsley.
4. Roll out remaining pastry to an 11-inch round; cut slits near center to let steam escape;
