Onion Cucumber Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumber | 1/2 | |
| 1/4 medium onic | ||
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/8 tsp. salt dash of pepper | ||
| 1/8 tsp. salt dash of pepper | ||
Directions
Pull tines of fork firmly down length of cucumber, repeating around cucumber; slice thinly.
Thinly slice onion, separating rings.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over vegetables; marinate at least 1 hr.
Drain and arrange vegetables on salad greens.

This is recipe we served at graduation, on a grander scale, and we ran out. One I used Friday night was T olive oil, T balsamic vinegar, sprinkled garlic salt. Cuke slices and onion had soaked in Salted water for an hour.Not done in the recipe above. Both are good, you can use any vinegar and it will change the taste a little. Easy, real thumbs up.
