Onion Mushroom Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 2 pounds small white onions, peeled | ||
| 3 cups cooked peas | ||
| 2 10 1/2-ounce cans condensed cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Pimiento | 6 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease 3-quart baking dish.
Combine water, salt and onions in saucepan.
Cook.
25 minutes.
Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid.
Combine onions and peas.
Place in prepared baking dish.
Combine soup and reserved onion liquid.
Add pimiento.
Toss with vegetables.
Bake 25 minutes.
