2 large onions, sliced and separated into rings
1 & 1/4 cups brown rice
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
3 cups homemade vegetable or chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill weed
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Directions
