Onion and Apple Stuffed Cod Recipe
Ingredients
| Cod fillets | 1 pound | |
| Cold-pressed oil - 1 tablespoon | ||
| Onion - 1/4 cup, finely-chopped | ||
| Celery - 2 tablespoons, finely-chopped | ||
| Apple | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Fresh parsley - 3 tablespoons, finely-chopped | ||
| Sea salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/16 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven hot to 400 degree.
MAKING
2) In a skillet heat oil. Add onion and celery. Saute until soft.
3) Add apple, parsley, sea salt, thyme and lemon juice.
4) Mix thoroughly.
5) Grease a shallow baking dish lightly with oil.
6) Arrange one-half of the fish fillets over it.
7) Spread stuffing mixture over it evenly.
8) Place remaining fillet over the stuffing.
9) Drizzle oil over it and sprinkle with paprika.
10) Bake in oven for about 20 minutes until fish flakes easily.

11) Serve hot.
