Onigiri Recipe
Ingredients
| Japanese Rice/Small Roasted | ||
| Rice | 160 Gram | |
| Water | 160 Milliliter | |
| Sesame oil | 5 Milliliter | |
| Dried Black mushroom /Green mushroom 25 gms. | ||
| Brown sugar | 10 Gram | |
| Salt | 3 Gram | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Sesame seed | 2 Gram, roasted | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Clean the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
2)Place the Black mushrooms in warm water and let soak for 60 min.
MAKING
3)Strain the rice and cook it in 160 ml of water over low heat. Once the rice is cooked and dry, keep aside.
4)Add chopped mushrooms, sesame oil, sesame, brown sugar and salt into the rice and mix well.
5)Transfer rice mixture into bowl and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
SERVING
6)Garnish with onions and serve warm.
