One step sherbet is a super simple and easy dessert recipe that can be fixed in a jiffy and frozen. Made with blended raspberries and pineapple, the one step sherbet is ideal for hot summer days when you don’t want to slog on a dessert.

Use one 10 ounce package frozen raspberries or one 14 ounce can frozen pineapple.
Break up frozen fruit, place in blender.
Turn blender on.
With rubber spatula, work fruit down slowly until smooth and of sherbet consistency (about 1 minute for raspberries, 3 minutes for pineapple).
Serve immediately.
For more solid sherbet, empty into refrigerator tray; freeze till ready to serve.
