One Step Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 jar (15 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup hot water
4 to 5 uncooked lasagna noodles, trimmed to fit 12 x 7 inch baking dish
2 cups ricotta cheese, drained
3 cups (12 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Place beef in a 2-quart microproof casse-role.
Cover with casserole lid and cook on HI, 5 minutes, stirring once during cooking time.
Pour off fat.
Add spaghetti sauce and water.
Mix well.
Spread one-third of the meat sauce in 12 x 7 x 2-inch microproof baking dish.
Arrange half the uncooked noodles over sauce.
Spread with half the ricotta.
Sprinkle with 1 cupofthemozzarella.
Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Double-wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
Cook on HI, 20 minutes.
Cook on 50, 15 to 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
Cook on HI, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with additional Parmesan cheese if desired
