| Green onions | 8 | |
| 4 to 5 inches long | ||
| 1 tablespoon rice wine or dry sherry | ||
| White rice vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 5 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Use a sharp knife to cut between spareribs.
Put green onions in the bottom of a medium saucepan.
Place spareribs on top of green onions.
Add wine, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and water.
Cover and bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to low.
Cook about 2 hours until almost all liquid is absorbed.
