Ingredients

 Lean ground beef1 1/2 Pound
 Large onion - 1, chopped
 Salami4 Ounce, chopped
 Lentils1 pound
 Italian seasoning or oregano leaves - 1 teaspoon
 Pumpkin pie spice1/2 Teaspoon
 Beef bouillon - 4 cubes
 Water6 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Parsley - chopped for garnish

Directions

MAKING
1. In a 5- to 6-quart Dutch oven crumble beef.
2. Cook on medium heat till the meat is browned.
3. Add onions. Cook till they are limp.
4. Spoon the fat from beef and discard.
5. Combine the next 7 ingredients.
6. Simmer till lentils get cooked.

SERVING
7. Serve One Pot Beef And Lentil Supper garnished with chopped parsley.
