One Pot Beef and Lentil Supper Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Large onion - 1, chopped | ||
| Salami | 4 Ounce, chopped | |
| Lentils | 1 pound | |
| Italian seasoning or oregano leaves - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Pumpkin pie spice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Beef bouillon - 4 cubes | ||
| Water | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Parsley - chopped for garnish | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a 5- to 6-quart Dutch oven crumble beef.
2. Cook on medium heat till the meat is browned.
3. Add onions. Cook till they are limp.
4. Spoon the fat from beef and discard.
5. Combine the next 7 ingredients.
6. Simmer till lentils get cooked.

7. Serve One Pot Beef And Lentil Supper garnished with chopped parsley.
