Directions

Place ground beef in plastic colander over 3 quart (3 L) casserole, and cook on HIGH 5 minutes, stirring two or three times, until meat loses pink colour.
Drain off fat and drippings.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well to moisten all spaghetti.
Cook on HIGH, covered, for 10 minutes, stirring two or three times.
Reduce power level to 30% when mixture boils and simmer at this setting for 15 minutes.
It is important to not let casserole boil hard at full power as this makes spaghetti sticky and starchy tasting.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving, and pass Parmesan cheese to sprinkle over individual servings.
