One Bowl Apple Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

| Vegetable oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| 1 3-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature | ||
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Frosting) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon (Frosting) | |
Directions
For cake: Preheat oven to 350°F .
Butter 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and blend well.
Turn into prepared dish and bake until cake tests done, about 1 hour .
Cool.
For frosting: Combine remaining ingredients and mix to spreading consistency .
Frost cake.
