30 chicken wing-drums(2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lbs.)
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 cup soy sauce
 
1/4 cup spiced peach syrup
 
2 tablespoons sugar
 
1/4 teaspoon mono-sodium glutamate
 
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
 
1 tablespoon lemon juice
 
5 drops Tabasco
 
1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions

Disjoint the wings; use thickest wing portions for appetizers and remaining wing portions for chicken broth.
Place the wing-drums on rack on a foil-lined baking sheet or broiler pan; sprinkle with salt.
Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly; brush marinade generously on wing-drums.
Place in 350°F oven about 1 hour, or until wing-drums are golden brown and tender, brushing frequently with the marinade.
