| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt and pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Spaghetti | 1 Bag (1 kg) |
Directions
Cook pasta according to the directions on the package and set aside.
Cook bacon in a frying pan until crisp, remove from pan then add ½ stick of butter and sauté mushrooms in the bacon grease. Remove mushrooms when they have turned a golden brown and are cooked through and set aside. Dice the onion and garlic and add to the grease along with a ½ stick of butter. Cook until the onions become translucent. Remove from grease and set aside. Reserve the bacon drippings for later use.
1. Cook the ground beef in a frying pan until brown then add the bacon drippings and allow to cook for a few more minutes making sure to mix thoroughly.
2. Drain the grease from the pan then add olives, mushrooms, onions, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper and bacon.
3. Stir to mix then heat through. Toss the pasta with the meat mixture and mix well.
4. Top off with a healthy sprinkling of parmesan cheese then serve and enjoy.
