Omelette A La Crete Recipe
Ingredients
1-2 oz. mushrooms
1 Tbs. thick cream
2 eggs
1 oz. butter
1/4 pt. Cheese Sauce
Salt and pepper
Directions
Measures level.
Wash the mushrooms and chop coarsely.
Stew in 1/2 oz. butter in a.small pan until tender.
Add the cream to the sauce and keep hot.
Make the omelet, adding the mushrooms before cooking.
Fold on to a hot, fireproof dish and pour the sauce over.
Brown lightly under the grill.
