Pork Loin with Herbed Blueberry Sauce Recipe Video

MAKING
1 In a bowl, combine pepper, garlic, salt and cayenne, mix well.
2 Evenly coat the pork loins with this mixture.
3 In a pan, heat the oil.
4 Place the pork chops in the pan and allow to cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, turn.
5 Meanwhile, chop the sage, thyme and parsley.
6 Transfer the browned chops to a plate.
7 In the same pan, add the chopped herbs along with the remaining oil(if any)
8 Add in the blueberries, and season with salt and pepper.
9 Pour the chicken stock in the pan and allow to cook until blueberries are done and the sauce has thickened slightly.
SERVING
10 Serve the chops with the sauce on top or on the side.
