Ingredients

 1/4 cup butter and olive oil mixture
 Large clove garlic - finely chopped
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Clam Juice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Thyme1/2 Teaspoon
 2 cups minced clams
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Cook garlic for 1 minute over medium heat in oil.
Stir in flour.
Add juice and seasonings.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add clams and heat through.
Serve over linguini.
