Om Thorp's Linguini with White Clam Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup butter and olive oil mixture | ||
| Large clove garlic - finely chopped | ||
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Clam Juice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups minced clams | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Cook garlic for 1 minute over medium heat in oil.
Stir in flour.
Add juice and seasonings.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add clams and heat through.
Serve over linguini.
