Ingredients

 French Vermouth - 1/4 gill
 Dry Gin - 1/4 gill
 Plain Syrup - 2 dashes
 Pernod - 2 dashes
 Angostura Bitters - 2 dashes
 Lemon Peel Juice -2 dashes
 Olive in1
 Broken Ice - 1/2 tumblerful

Directions

MAKING
1) Into the tumbler with ice cubes, add the orange bitters
2) Add the angostura bitters, plain syrup, french vermouth, dry gin and the pernod
3) Stir well
4) Strain the cocktail into a wine glass

SERVING
5) Serve with the olive and dash of lemon peel juice
