Ingredients
4 pkg. lime gelatin
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. carton cottage cheese
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. bottle stuffed olives, sliced
1 sm. package cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in 7 cups boiling water; cool.
Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Combine cottage cheese, pineapple, celery and olives; stir into gelatin mixture.
Shape cream cheese into small balls; add to mixture.
Pour into large mold;chill until firm.
Thin mayonnaise with reserved juice; top gelatin mold with mayonnaise mixture to serve.

Shape cream cheese into small balls; add to mixture.
Pour into large mold;chill until firm.
