Ingredients

1 lb whole-wheat lasagna, cook it as per the instructions on the package
4 cups prepared pasta sauce (you could use the readily available variety of your choice too)
1/3 cup pitted black olives, chopped fine
1 Tbsp dry thyme (you could even use fresh thyme if available)
1/2 Tbsp fresh Basil(if you do use dry then half this quantity would do)
1/2 Tbsp fresh oregano
1 tbsp garlic, minced or finely chopped
1 large zucchinis, diced
1 summer squash, diced
Salt to taste
¼ to ½ tsp pepper
3/4 cup red pepper( diced and roasted)
7 oz cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese( grated)

How to make Olive Garden - Vegetable Lasagna

Take a large mixing bowl and add in the olives, cheese, herbs and garlic. Mix well. Add in the salt and pepper to taste. Take a baking dish and make a base with the pasta sauce (use 1 to 1 ½ cups for this). Spread a layer of lasagna. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it. Add the cheese mixture made initially. Add in some of the diced and roasted pepper, squash and the zucchini. Repeat the same with the rest of the layers. Add a final layer of the lasagna and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese for the crust. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or till done (till the cheese melts completely and forms a golden brown crust). Take out from oven after 5 minutes. Serve.
