Olive Paste Recipe
Ingredients
| Green olives | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm) | |
| Extra-virgin olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
1. Place the pitted olives and the garlic in a food processor and puree until finely chopped.
2. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, and pepper to taste. Puree again and adjust the seasoning. Transfer the olive paste to storage containers.
