Olive Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pizza sauce | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| 36 medium pimiento-stuffed olives, drained | ||
Directions
In medium bowl combine egg, bread crumbs, pizza sauce, onion, salt, and dash pepper.
Add ground beef; mix well.
Shape about 1 tablespoon of the meat mixture evenly around each olive to form round meatballs.
Place in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish, Bake in a 375° oven about 20 minutes.
