Olive-Filled Cheese Balls Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (about 1/4 lb.)
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup flour
Dash of cayenne
25 medium-sized olives (pitted ripe or stuffed green), well drained
Directions
Cream together cheese and butter.
Blend in flour and cayenne.
Drop teaspoonfuls of dough on waxed paper.
Wrap each teaspoonful of dough around an olive, covering completely.
Bake in a 400° oven for 15 minutes.
