Olive-Filled Cheese Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dash of cayenne | ||
| 25 medium-sized olives (pitted ripe or stuffed green), well drained | ||
Directions
Cream together cheese and butter.
Blend in flour and cayenne.
Drop teaspoonfuls of dough on waxed paper.
Wrap each teaspoonful of dough around an olive, covering completely.
Bake in a 400° oven for 15 minutes.
