Roasted Halibut with Green Olives and Capers Recipe Video
Today I am going to show how to make a roasted Halibut with a sauce of green olives and capers. It is really simple and delicious.
Ingredients
Fresh halibut
Capers
Green Olives stuffed with ginger
1 tbsp Orange Juice
1 tsp fresh ginger
Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Dump capers and olives in a small hand blender. Add the orange juice and fresh ginger and blend the mixture.
In a pan take some olive oil and place the fresh halibut with the presentation side up.
Take some caper and olive sauce and pack on the halibut.
Put the pan in a 375 degree preheated oven and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Serve with a little confetti rice and drizzle a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.
