Old Fashioned Wine Jelly Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons granulated gelatin | ||
| 1 cup sherry or Madeira wine | ||
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange juice | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Grated rind | ||
| Orange | 1 | |
| Lemon juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Soak the gelatin in the cold water until soft.
Dissolve in the boiling water, add the sugar and other ingredients.
Pour into molds that have been rinsed in cold water
