Directions
Sprinkle with Rind.
Roll pastry 1/8 inch thick.
Cut into rounds 3 1/2 inches in diameter, 3 1/2-inch squares, or triangles with base of 3 1/4 inches.

Fold over.
Moisten edges and press together.
Bake at 450° F. for 15 minutes.
