Old-fashioned Spanish Rice Recipe
Ingredients

| Green pepper | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped | |
| Tomato juice | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
| Rice | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), uncooked | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon |

Directions
1. In a pan saute bacon, onion and green pepper together until bacon is crisp.
2. Place in top of a double boiler and add remaining ingredients.
3. Cook over boiling water for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
SERVING
4. Serve the rice spreading over the cooked bacon and vegetables on the top.
