Eggs - 3
Pumpkin - 1 can (1 lb)
Packed light-brown sugar - 1/2 cup,
Granulated sugar - 1/2 cup
Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
Cloves - 1/8 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Milk - 3/4 cup
Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
Pie shell - 9-inch unbaked
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
MAKING
2. In large bowl, beat eggs slightly.
3. Add pumpkin, sugars, spices and salt and beat until well blended.
4. Slowly add milk and cream.
5. Pour into shell and bake for 60 to 70 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
6. Let it cool on rack.
SERVING
7. Decorate pie with Whipped-Cream Lattice and serve.
